General Terms and Conditions

Below you will find the general terms and conditions when reserving an apartment at Woodstock Palmresort Curaçao.

 

Reservations

At Woodstock Palmresort Curaçao, we have a minimum stay of 2 nights. Reservations made via the website or through an external booking channel are final upon completion of the reservation.

Price

The nightly rate for the apartment consists of a rate per apartment, subject to any exceptions. The nightly rate includes the use of bathroom and kitchen towels, a parking space on the premises, and electricity consumption (20 or 25 kWh per night, depending on the apartment). This consumption is included in the nightly rate. Anything consumed above this amount must be paid upon check-out. The meter readings for this are recorded on the registration form.

 

Check-in and check-out

On the day of arrival, you can check in with us from 15:00. Should you wish to check in earlier, this is subject to availability. On the day of departure, we will check you out by 10:00 at the latest. A late check-out is possible subject to availability and will be discussed with you.

 

Cleaning and maintenance

A deep cleaning will take place once a week. This includes changing the beds, scrubbing, vacuuming, and mopping the bathroom. Towels are changed upon request from the guest as often as necessary.

 

 

Payment terms

You will receive a detailed invoice immediately after making a reservation. You are required to pay 20% of the total amount within one week of booking. The remaining invoice amount is due no later than 14 days before the arrival date. A new invoice will be sent for this.

 

Cancellation policy

You can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 42 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation within these 42 days, the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the total travel cost. Unforeseen circumstances may result in a planned holiday not being able to take place. We therefore always advise taking out travel and cancellation insurance.

 

Damage to furniture or belongings

Should any damage occur in the property, this must be reported immediately by the guests. The costs for this will be charged to the guest. This also applies to the disappearance of inventory.

 

Additional house rules

Smoking is only permitted in the garden of the apartments. If smoking occurs inside the apartment, the cleaning fee amounts to ANG 500. The use of drugs and/or dealing drugs is not permitted in either the residence or on the grounds of Woodstock Palmresort Curaçao. If we observe drug use, immediate removal from the house will take place without refund of the travel sum or deposit.

 

Liability

Your stay at Woodstock Palmresort Curaçao is entirely at your own risk. Woodstock Palmresort Curaçao cannot be held liable for damage to personal belongings or injury sustained by you or any of your fellow travelers during your stay. Use of the swimming pool is also at your own risk. There are no safety measures in place to keep children away from the pool. Every parent must supervise their own children and ensure their safety.
